What is personal data?

According to Article 4(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data is "all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This includes, for example, name or address details, telephone number, mobile number, bank details, or insurance number."
A subset of personal data are the special categories of personal data pursuant to Article 9 of the GDPR. This includes, for example, information about health, sex life, and sexual orientation. Health data that may be collected through an online shop such as MUNICH STARS also falls under this special category of personal data.

Who will my data be shared with?
