All orders are shipped from Germany via trusted international carriers:

• UPS

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier availability.

Delivery Time

Typical delivery times:

• East Asia & Southeast Asia: 14–31 working days
• North America: 14–31 working days
• United Kingdom & Europe (non-EU): 14–31 working days

Delivery times may vary due to local customs processing or carrier delays, especially during holidays or peak seasons.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Taiwan: Import taxes and duties are already covered by us. Your package should clear customs without additional charges.

Other Countries: Customs fees, VAT, import duties, and regulatory checks may vary depending on local laws. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
